The Fesh Group was born in 2022, by John Fesh and Vicki Sedlak. They were married in 2019, and worked for two different companies as realtors. John and Vicki have been agents for many years, and have been honored to help people with the biggest transitions in their lives. They decided to create a team, to help agents grow their own business, and create a culture of kindness, and generosity through their work.

Their specialties include first time home buyers, as well as existing home sales in the greater Toledo area. They love helping people who haven't been through the process before, go step by step through this amazing journey. They have extensive knowledge in the home building process as well as helping people "right size."

They believe in serving their community and take great pride in helping local organizations throughout the year with fundraising efforts. These organizations include, but are not limited to - Saint John XXIII in Perrysburg, Ohio, Vision Ministries on Broadway in Toledo, Ohio, and the Toledo Seagate Foodbank, in Toledo, Ohio. They also help local veterans from the Armed Forces as well.

In their first year, the team achieved the highest level of honor - The state of Ohio Pinnacle of Performance Award. Their combined sales totaled over $11.25 million dollars in sales volume from July 2021 - June 2022.
